It can be substituted cup for cup with any recipe calling for all-purpose flour. Because xanthan gum amounts vary greatly depending on what you are making, we do not add xanthan gum to our flour, but we do include recommended ratios so that your recipe turns out delicious every time. Cakes and Pastries- 1/4 tsp per cup of flour
Cookies- 1/2 tsp per cup of flour
Muffins and Quick Breads- 3/4 tsp per cup of flour
Yeast Breads- 1 1/2 tsp per cup of flour
