They rival the donuts at your favorite donut shop but are gluten free! Top them with vanilla, chocolate, or maple glaze; roll them in powdered sugar, cinnamon sugar, even put a little bacon jelly on them! These can easily be made at home in a frying pan or deep fryer. They can also be mixed, cut and frozen for an easy treat anytime; just thaw, rise, and fry.
