It is soft and fluffy like all of our products, and is so easy to work with that even first timers can successfully make a loaf with the easy to follow directions. The sweetener used in this mix is honey which is added with the other wet ingredients and may be substituted with agave or another sugar substitute.
Ingredients: Sorghum flour, brown rice flour, cornstarch, millet flour, tapioca starch, flaxseed meal, teff flour, psyllium husk powder, xanthan gum, yeast, salt.
